Send her address in to the moonies, the krishnas, the scientologists, etc., requesting litertaure and a personal interaction.
Send her a “Have a Joyous Solstice!” card around Christmas. And maybe a “Happy Passover!” card in the spring.
That is the most evil tactic I’ve ever heard. I will start using it immediately. 
The ultimate in bad manners is pointing out the bad manners of others.
Once I learned this rule, my personal interactions got much smoother.
