Well, it’s not like I’ve submitted him to a polygraph test or anything, but I guess the simplest answer is I have no reason to suspect he’s not honest. His stories are always consistent with my impression of his personality. They also match his hobbies. Furthermore, he gives me no gut reason to distrust him.

Anyway, I’m living in Japan now and haven’t given a lot of people my new phone number. I haven’t lived across the street from tdn in two years, and we never really communicated through e-mail. If we needed to talk online, we’d PM here.
Sorry tdn, I forgot to let you know my parents would be in town over Christmas. They’ll probably visit again over the summer. As for myself, no clue. I’ll try to make a visit sometime this year, but I really don’t know yet.
