Male, 39. Don’t take anything, not even over-the-counter stuff.
Female, 33. No medication, except for the occasional pain-killer for headaches or decongestants and things when I’m sick. I do have the hormonal Mirena IUD, so I guess that counts.
My doctor wants me to take a calcium supplement, but I haven’t gotten in the habit yet.
