I have a whole slew of drugs that I am taking. Probably one inhaler is unnecessary as well as an anti-depressant. I am afraid to stop taking the anti-depressant, but I don’t think I need it anymore.

Nah. I don’t do drugs unless I absolutely have to. I’m even really reluctant to take pain killers unless I’ve reached the ‘Incapable of thought it hurts so much’ stage of a headache.
A while ago I took some antibiotics to help with acne. It helped some, but I got increasingly bothered by the idea that I was filling my body with chemicals and immunising lots of bacteria against an antibiotic just to deal with what was essentially a minor problem, so I stopped. Oddly I didn’t notice any difference in my skin afterwards, so I figure it probably wasn’t doing much good anyway.
