Oh gosh, he lives just down the road a few miles…I could go see his stuff at the next art showing! Wish I had $98 to spare.
As a somewhat less elderly graphic artist who started in the hand-drawn/hand-layout days, I think someone needs to give this guy a more sophisticated art program. Inverting the process, he’s doing the equivalent of drawing with penny pencils on cheap yellow pads.
I used to draw like that, pixel by pixel, on Deluxe Paint on the Amiga. But I had the added benefit of only having 800x600 resolution available.
My images weren’t quite as good as that, though.
I bet that guy would kick ass at Draw Something.
Great video and I love this guys spirit and attitude. I hope his family keep his files backed up. He’s put a lot of work into his painting.
