Spinning is aerobics on bikes.

I can only imagine being reminded to breathe while stuffing the dollar bills.
A spinning instructor is an exercise coach, sort of like in an aerobics class. It’s a simulated bike ride on stationary bikes. They do funky things with the lights and music and the instructor lead a class up/down hills of various steepness. I hear it’s quite a workout.
ALRIGHT!! I was hoping it would start soon. I haven’t seen any commercials for it though, but then again, I’m not a big TV watcher.
