What **Barn Owl ** is posting is something that those particular companies do not. There are some companies who have the mentality that “If we answer the phone, it will cost us money”. I’d venture that it costs them money not to pick up the phone, as well, but those companies seem to do a lot of business, so what do I know?
Now, if someone could just post the number for Verizon FIOS that they actually answer, that’s be a boon!
