This apparently happened a few weeks ago at Chibatão, Manaus, in Brazil. The river is very low, and some work was being done at the port to create an embankment. A big sinkhole opened up, and started swallowing the port, including dozens of full-size shipping containers. At least 2 believed dead, with some others missing.
The video is a bit hard to follow in places, as the camera pans quickly back and forth.
