I believe a high percentage of Americans are too easily offended when their culture/country is talked about in a negative light…
…When there is a comparatively high peercentage of something then it is ok to use it as a generalisation.
Or to be even more pedantic - A higher than world-average percentage of Americans are more easily offended than the average of all other countries.
For the sake of argument - lets say 30% of brits are too easily offended, 20% of Japanese are too easily offended, 10% of Indians are too easily offended, and 60% of Americans are too easily offended. Obviously those percentages are wild guesses because they are for the sake of argument, but you get the idea that America’s percentage is unusually high so that leads people from the lower percentage countries to say “Americans are too easily offended”…
…For fooks sake, why have I been drawn into this mess of explaining everything and analysing and blah blah facking about. When Any non-fecking-pedantic person can know what I meant without pisssing about with all this sshite!..
