We buy quite a lot from Amazon and rarely have problems. They rarely ring the bell and often don’t even knock, but the email arrives soon enough, and porch pirates don’t seem to be a problem here.
When we return stuff, they now allow a free home collection by Royal Mail. This seems to work very well, and I see the credit the day after the collection.
