Didja make this up yourself, or is it printed somewhere? Since I don’t give a damn if I help you win anything, here goes, without research or any sort of looking.

Uhh… I know (c) and (d) are probably wrong, since (c) is right before Roger E. Moseley’s credit, and I recall (d) is at the end… (b)?

(b), natch.

ABC.

A butterfly.

10 + 11 + 12 + 1 = 4 consecutive points.

I’m paying attention. Or you made a typo. Question #2 has 4 choices: A, B, C, and 4.

You’re right–that should have been d). :o
Here are some more (Incidentally, to answer Leaper, I compiled this out of my own head. )

  10. On Cheers, which actor did not wear a mustache? (a) John Ratzenberger; (b) George Wendt; or (c) Kelcey Grammer?

I believe (being 30 years after a discussion with a train buff friend of mine) that this depends entirely on the configuration of the engine - all three types were possible.

Well, I don’t know the number, but it’s probably 61. It’s the California St. line because that is the only one that doesn’t have a turnaround table at the ends of the line.

Oh, all right. I knew about pilot wheels, and I’d heard the designation 4-6-4, for example…what do you call small wheels back of the drive wheels, then?

Yup, that’s it. 59 is Powell-Mason and 60 is Powell-Hyde.
