You combine a number to the initials they apply to about factual or known things. The initials are made (usually) out of the nouns in the sentence.
For example: There are 7 Ds in a W.
There are 7 Days in a Week.
Awwww…that was easy. Come on now…did I even need to give the answer?
Here are some non examples of various degrees of difficulty. Anyone can feel free to answer it if they know it…and then add/make up your own. There are SO many you could think up. (I would suggest writing down the answers, by the way, lest you forget them, like I have done before).

Wow! You’ve invented the DITLOID
HAHAHA. I didn’t invent it. I’ve done these before on various boards…and saw the idea for it first in a Games magazine.
A1 S.S. = A 1 steak sauce
10 D’s in a D = 10 dimes in a dollar
Hs 57 V = Heinz’s 57 varieties
BR 31 F = Baskin Robbins 31 flavors
12:00 H = 12:00 High
KH had 6W= King Henry (VIII) had 6 wives
360D in a C = 360 degrees in a circle
Heh…I still have (and treasure) my copy of the issue that spawned this game.
