This is how it works (i’ll show you examples):

I don’t know about this one. 10 frames of bowling is a game. I’ve never heard it called a line. But, I can’t think of anything better, to be honest. Could be “10 fish in a liter of bagels,” for all I know. :wink:

Well, where I grew up (Oklahoma/Texas), it wasn’t uncommon for someone to say, “Hey, want to go down to Western Lanes and bowl a few lines?” Maybe it’s a regionalism?

I had a teacher who would make these up. There were a lot of funny ones, and they’re not hard to come up with, but one good one is:

0 (zero) H on a HH.
