Basically some 58 year old grandmother got on the hooch and attacked a passenger before being restrained by crew on the flight. She then started headbutting chairs until the crew somehow attached three child restraints together and chained her up.
It cost Qantas about $20,000 as the aircraft had to return to Melbourne.
She now realises she has a drinking problem. Now?
