An it-will-definitely-be-worth-your-time help me id this song thread

Mostly because it was, without a doubt, the funniest thing I’ve ever heard.

About a year ago, I was listening to one of those I-didn’t-know-my-dial-went-this-far-to-the-left radio stations (I believe it was a college station in Chicago, but as I was on the Eisenhower, I could have been somehwere between where Elmhurst college’s surprisingly good station cut out and Loyola and Northwestern’s which are surprisingly sucky started up. The song itself may have actually been a skit by the DJs, but here goes:

There were two people impersonating Latino transvestites arguing over something. As their argument built, they broke into an a capella rendition of the Super Mario Brothers theme song.

It was the funniest thing I’ve ever heard. I’d like to hear it again. Please help me.

I am your God, bow before me.

If we ever meet, I will kiss you.

 * Latino transvestites*
I was hearing confused Italian immigrants relocated to Saskatchewan. Sort of like Father Guido Sarducci meets the Mackenzie brothers.

I don’t get the “funny” part, but maybe you had to be there.

Listening to it again, I don’t hear the transvestites, but the lead-in that the guys on the radio used was hilarious and involved transvestites.

Re: not being funny: eh. Different strokes. I think it’s brilliant.

I discovered “Mario Twins” a few months ago. I now quote it regularly.

“They look the same!”

Shiggity Shiggity Shwa!

I love that they included the dungeon theme.
