It could only get better if they had him on tape shouting “By the Power of Numb-Skull…!”
So it’s a fair to say that he’s got some form of mental illness then? It would also be fair to say that he’s violent, or at least poses a risk, so why hasn’t he been sectioned? Surely, that’s the most appropriate course of action rather than criminal proceedings?
Because here in the US, unless he has a lawyer good enough to get them off on insanity charges, that guy is going to a regular-type jail.
