Princeton! Just got the letter today. Definately M and P, but just wanted to brag =]
Congratulations
Woo hoo!
We’ll expect to start seeing you at Philly events come fall.
Congrats!
Congrats, athelas!
Well, that’s just terrible. Have you no sense of shame? You should be thoroughly miserable!
I’m kidding. Congratulations. hugs
Congratulations! I work about 10 minutes up Rt. 1…beautiful neighborhood around there.
Well, by “work”, I mean that’s where my office is headquartered. I telecommute now, but since I’m actually in the office today I’ll still go with the “10 minutes away” thing.
So you’re saying that he should never leave a computer logged on and unattended for more than 10 minutes if he ends up going there?
Athelas: Congrats and welcome to one of the most beautiful parts of New Jersey. Are you from Jersey or Out-of State?
twickster, are you organizing a large Philly get-together?
Jim
I could arrange to, if people were interested. I’ve been thinking of getting together a tour of either Eastern State Penitentiary or Laurel Hill Cemetery, with a meal after. I’ve been busy of late with the whole new job thing, though, so I’d need encouragement. eye-batting smiley
Congrats! Undergrad or grad? What major/field are you in?
I also got into a school, just this morning - the University of Amsterdam. Master’s program in theoretical physics. I’m UNBELIEVABLY excited. Yay for acceptances!
Congratulations. I know a professor in Mathmatics down there. Good luck.
Undergrad, probable chemistry major (or “concentrator”, as I guess I should get used to calling it =] ). As a matter of fact, I live about 10 minutes from Princeton, which is both a good thing (easy to grab stuff from home) and a bad one (easy for parents to conduct surveillance).
Chances for Harvard are looking pretty slim, and I didn’t get into fancy Brown med program. So, looks like Princeton. Very nice.
Athelas– Congratulations! Are you definitely going? I’m checking out the campus this weekend to make sure it feels like a good match for me, but I’m probably going.
Funny, I know a math professor there as well. Just by relative-of-a-friend association, though, I was his son’s roommate back when I was a freshman at a different school.
Cool, that makes two now with Zahava424. Congratulations!
