Going by your logic (that the Reader’s finances are private), we have no idea how much money they were losing on the board.
And as others have pointed out in other threads, the financial means needed to run the board software and hardware should be much lower than the amount the board made off of subscriptions. Crying poor when the math behind your situation is apparent to your customer base is, as the kids say, weak sauce.

This board has never been about making money. It’s funny how many people seem to believe that there must be some giant sucking money pit that is taking their subscription money and giving nothing back. If that was true, the new owners would hardly be experimenting with changing the revenue model now, would they? :dubious:
