And You Thought Your Parents' Record Collection Was Strange

I enjoyed Tapioca Dextrin’s thread about unusual books, although my own paled in comparison to some of the titles others shared.
I was reminded of a record I found among my parents’ records a few years ago. Along with the usual Steely Dan and Fleetwood Mac was a 45 entitled “It’s Free,” and distributed by either the Chicago or Cook County Health Department. I have an uncle who worked in Public Health, so the record may have belonged to him.
The song wasn’t bad, but it’s lyrics were what set it apart: vivid descriptions of the symptoms of syphyllis and gonohrea, along with encouragement to come in for treatment.
Does anyone here have any unusual records to share? CD’s? Edison cylinders?
