Lincoln Chafee has, but no one’s listening. Sanders will eventually, I’d imagine. I know he doesn’t like to go negative, but Clinton’s proxies are hitting him on experience, lack of party membership, and gun control, so why not point out that he voted against the war and she didn’t?
