Hillary Rodham Clinton - how should I put this?

Hillary Rodham Clinton, you are an insensitive sow. When every other politician has managed to put aside partisan considerations, you cling to parochial agendas. When your country is crying, you can’t, for a second, speak from the heart, show emotion, or let down your guard.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, you are a bitch. The other guests on Larry King (senators just like you) answered openly and candidly. They shared their hearts and grief with the World. You evaded the questions. You segued into vacuous political gibberish. You wouldn’t deign to answer honestly, at a time when honesty and candor are the balms for a wounded people.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, you are a condescending asshole. When asked if there might be, perhaps, some way for Rudy Giuliani to be re-elected, did you not sense that you were really being asked to share in the joy of finding a hero in our midst, in the midst of the horror? How could you piss so hard and so long on one of the few bright spots in all this bleakness? How dare you.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, you alone appeared sullen tonight during your President’s speech. Your begrudging, perfunctory applause was more suited to some pissed-off fourteen year old forced to go with their parents to the symphony, than one who aspires to lead millions. Leadership means making sacrifices, Hillary. It means putting the greater good above your own wants.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, I think I may be beginning to understand where Bill’s penchant for fine cigars and messy blow jobs came from. Intimate contact with another living, breathing, passionate human must have sure been tempting.

I betcha if Mrs. Clinton spent her time wearing red, white and blue buttons emblazoned with “I support every single thing George Bush does- ever!” and spent all her spare time giving speeches about how she renounces all her terrible ways and satanic healthcare plans and joined the Republican party and gave you, personally, a check for a million bucks, you would still find something to gripe about. I swear man, nothing she does is ever gonna be good enough for a Clinton hater. They have no ability to comprehend a world where a Clinton is not the suprememe evil.

Get over it man, if you think you could make a better senator, go out there and do it.

And if you don’t, would you please refrain from using acusations of divisiveness to create divisivness? The irony is killing me and I havn’t paid off my cemetary plot yet.

Cite please, Karl? I dislike Hillary myself, but this smacks of S.O.P. Clinton bashing.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

God…

utterly disgusted
I tell ya, sometimes it’s REALLY hard for me to live up to my own rules…

I have to say, I wondered what the hell was with her. I mean, it’s hard to get much from just her expression during Bush’s speech, but she frowned and scowled each time the camera rested on her. She just oozed some sort of … I dunno … lack of happiness.

This is not to say that I am bashing her outright, though. I said favorable things about her on a recent thread. But she DID look very grumpy during this speech.

Maybe it’s that time of month.

Did I say “month”? I meant “eon”.

Ya know, some people just have trouble showing their emotions, especially in public. Maybe Sen. Clinton is one of them. I will say, though, that since this whole thing has started, she’s generally stayed away from partisanship.

“suprememe evil” = supreme meme evil? A Freudian slip, no doubt.

You don’t happen to remember those little pro-Palestinian remarks that got Hilary into so much trouble, do you? She did look pissed off that she had to put in an appearance at the National Cathedral service. Or maybe it was just having to see her good buddy Bill again.

You mean that the Senator from New York had a “lack of happiness” just nine days after the worse tragedy in American History.
Wow, I’ve heard some crazy shit in my day, but this takes the cake. I would have expected her to be up there being the liberal cheerleader for the USA PEP RALLY! “Go Team Go!” and all that.

Her display was an embarrassment.

I did not see the speech you are referring to, nor did I see her on Larry King Live (the guy is an embarrassment!). However, I did see a live interview that Judy Woodruff did with Sen. Clinton a few days ago, and I was very impressed. She answered the questions put to her intelligently and interestingly, and with great sensitivity. I find it unlikely she has made such a complete turnaround since then.

BTW, I forgot the  in my previous post.

I haven’t seen the other appearances mentioned here, but I saw her at the Cathedral. To me, she looked somber rather than pissed off.

But I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say that’s just what she looked like. It doesn’t mean she was actually being a bitch or something.

Marc

That’s what she always looks like. Unless she’s actively smiling she looks rather terse.

I don’t like her.
I agree with the OP.

But sven is right; “outing” her partisanship is, right now, itself partisan. This is not the time. The people who love her love her. Move on.

The mayor of NY did not have a simular look of sourness. The other Senator from New York (Schumer?) didn’t have that look. Hell, the widow of the guy who wrestled the hijackers on the plane looked less sour. The reason I’m even bringing it up is because she stood out so much. I didn’t notice anyone else in the crowd with quite her look of “lack of happiness”.

I’m just sayin’. She looked grumpy. Nothing more, nothing less.

She was golf clapping as well.

Really bad move politically, whatever she may believe about George Bush.

Just wanted to read it again. Very good work. Anyone who would jump to her defense right now is not paying attention.

Just had to add…

Hillary Rodham Clinton, you are an impolite, petulant, partisan automaton for dodging backwards to avoid shaking the President’s hand in the receiving line. He is “our” President, yes, even yours.

Then go back and read it again. Don’t quote the whole thing. Shheesh.

Get bent. Anyone who doesn’t agree with you isn’t paying attention? Get over yourself.:wally

I don’t give a hoot about the woman, but some people are reading a whole lot into just a little body lanquage and jumping to conclusions as to what it means. Hey, maybe she’s pissed off because of her hubby??? Maybe she hasn’t slept in a few days. Either way, who care?
