I need to fill out and send invoices from my phone. I have tried some of the apps in the Play store but they often want you to set up an account at a website first, and their descriptions don’t have the info I need so it becomes a big hassle to try one. I’m wondering if anyone has experience with any that they could recommend.
Here are the features I need:
I prefer an app to a website, but I’ll try a mobile friendly website.
Ability to import products from a spreadsheet or even a text file. I have 400 products, I’m not typing all those in.
Direct emailing of PDFs, not emailing the client a link to a website.
More than one invoice template. I’m currently using an app called MobileBiz that has most of the features I want except once you customize the invoice, that’s it. I have custom fields set up for my 400 products, but any time I try to invoice a misc product or labor, all the fields are wrong. I wish I could just select a second template to use for anything that isn’t a regular product.
Reasonable price, preferably a one-time fee, but I’ll accept a low subscription. It’s just me, I don’t need a $79.99/month license for 10 people.
