I finally got around to TiVo-watching this last night and yeah, what the hell is Hamilton?! Eve sure never showed that kind of power and he seems to have been around for a long time already, which makes me wonder what he needed Eve to sign over her immortality for (if he’s been around long enough to have history with Drogon, he’s well nigh immortal already, right?)
I really, really want to see some Illyria payback, maybe some she can cast slo-mo on Baldwin and then just wail on him- whack whack whackwhackwhackwhack!!! Ye-haw!

Good memory, pepperlandgirl! I remember that episode (the one where Buffy’s ex-boyfriend sought to get himself “made”), but forgot that unsouled Spike had met Anne in it.
I hope she remembers him tonight, if they have a scene together. That’ll make a nice moment.

I’m probably being whooshed, but if not … how is what Fiver posted a spoiler? He/she is posting a what-if.
Fiver just confirmed that a character is returning for the final episode (that had been disguised in a spoiler box until just then).
“If they have a scene together” may be a “what-if”, but that’s beside the point.
I don’t think it will amount to much though. I don’t recall Anne being tremendoulsy important in the grand scheme of things. So it’s probably not a major plot point (then again, it could be). A lot of finales parade past characters across the screen, just as a salute to the series. Kinda like Clem’s very brief appearance at the end of Buffy, when he was there just long enough to say “I’m leaving town! Bye!”
If someone spoilered a more interesting character’s surprise retun, I’d be ticked though. I’ve still got my fingers crossed that Lilah will have a cameo. Or Gwen. Or Clem! Clem needs an Angel cameo, this is the last chance to do it!

Man, what I’d love to see in the finale is Faith and a squadron of Slayerettes coming to help Angel and the gang out … with Gwen and Groo in tow, maybe. Angel whines about not having power, but adding up the people he’s called “ally” over the years… yeesh.
