Illyria is definitely refering to Gunn when she says “You’re fading fast.” You can tell by the fact the rest of the conversation goes:
Illyria: “You won’t last more than ten minutes.”
Gunn: “Then let’s make them count.” or "memorable, I can’t quite remember which.
But as soon as she shows up, she notices his wound, you see him stumbling around, he’s barely able to get himself off the crate when the army starts coming…face it, he’s toast.
