Yes. There actually is! This series is not really what you would call “mainstream”, and it’s a little weird, but the characters do wear different clothing nearly every episode. It’s called the “Monogatari Series”. The characters have wore so many different outfits that you can guess what’s in their wardrobe! It is a wonderful series, actually. A Must-Watch! The series came out before eleven years ago, by the way, so it’s a qualified answer. Sorry for being so late!

Eleven years and nobody mentioned Peggy Hill on King of the Hill? She had two outfits in regular rotation: the light green sleeveless top with the blue culottes, and the violet button-front blouse with the turquoise skirt. She had a couple of church dresses too. But she also had a variety of other normal-looking outfits that she wore occasionally to her various jobs, and there were several episodes in which she dressed up for some occasion–disco-themed party, art gallery exhibition, motorcycle trip to Sturgis, beauty pageant, Christmas card photo…
