Animators, comic artists, et al: What is the best way to make model sheets?

I’m thinking of having a series of Flash 'toons (or comics, but I favor the flash toons for this project) made on the web. I’ve already gotten my characters.

What is the best way to make a model sheet? I’ve been drawing my character in the same position for days now (3/4) and he has odd hair that is asymmetrical when he faces the “camera”. How can I figure out how to draw the same character in different positions and statures? Should I include different facial expressions? Should I make more than one sheet?

Does anybody have any examples that they made themselves, or websites I can view?

Thanks.

Do you have a mannequin that you can rotate to get the angles you want? How 'bout an action figure?

I’m drawing a blank now, but someone puts out a series of books of people in different comic poses from 360*. I could have sworn it was Antarctic Press, but their Web site only has a book of guns done in this manner. I distinctly recall seeing at least two other books in the local shop. Those books are made for people in your situation.
