Those numbers are just denoting the specific verses in Leviticus that were being quoted. That said, there are apparently 613 commandments (Mitzvot) in the Torah.

ISTR there was a fundamentalist poster here some years ago who vehemently asserted that only “good Christians” (you know, like him) could be considered his neighbors. Wonderful how these hateful sods rationalize their hatred, ain’t it?

Yeah, I think she was ok looking but not great. Others differ:
Bryant became Miss Oklahoma in 1958, and was second runner-up in the 1959 Miss America pageant (held September 6, 1958) at age 18, right after graduating from Tulsa’s Will Rogers High School.[6]
I did a (small) bit of searching, and found one picture of Anita Bryant at the Miss America pageant in 1958. Not a very clear picture, but she looks pretty good here.
