Oblong, you do know that story has no factual foundation, right? It’s been repeated quite a bit by the usual people, but in every case it’s either uncredited or refers to a single article in American Spectator (Richard Mellon Scaife’s organ), saying Hillary Clinton had said that to “New Zealand television”. Unfortunately, there is no record of that assertion anywhere else, including New Zealand media.
You gullibly bought into another Clinton-haters’ lie, pal. One of many.
damn, I fell for the “Vast Right Wing Conspiracy” again.
Maybe the New Zealand media left the tape on a coffee table or something, right alongside those missing files that were nowhere to be found.
Does anybody else find it ironic that Ann is bragging of the righteousness of the GOP in 1950 when Thurmond was a Democrat, yet doesn’t seem to be aware of the fact that the most powerful man in D.C. was a good godfearing Republican named Joe McCarthy? Or that when Trent Lott was still a mean old Democrat the president was the virtuous Richard Nixon?
BTW, my favorite blast of Coulter’s “laborious footnoting” was by Scoobie Davis.

See, there was this book, Anne of Green Gables, written by one of those really tiresome English guys, Hardy, I think. And the name Goebbels, pronounced right, sounds really close to “Gables”. That makes it a “pun”. Hence, marginally funny. “Hitlery Clinton”, on the other hand, is, well,…kinda Republican. “Mallard Fillmore” cracks yer ass up, huh?
Damn you people! Now I have to start a punk/metal band called Coulter Club!
I know I must have warned you all that I was at the breaking point! Now you’ve done it! AAAHHH!!!

Thanks for the link. That was hilarious. I especially like how Coulter repeatedly refers to the writer of the questions as a stalker, seemingly based solely on the fact that he disagrees with her and is challenging the accuracy of her footnotes.
