The top agencies and the most reputable are LA Direct (ladirectmodels.com) and TheVIPConnect (thevipconnect.com) they are run by Derek hay and Shy Love respectively. There are about a dozen others but as you may have guessed they can be very shady and as such I only recommend those two for Los Angeles I do work with a guy in Florida who runs coxxxmodels.com he is licensed as well and he is legit and since I am in GA geographically his models are usually closer to me. Funny thing about him…he solicited me to hire his models for two years and I always blew him off because he wasnt licensed and bonded making him fly by night in my book…because of that and because he wanted my business so bad he actually got licensed and bonded as a result I use his models and refer girls to him if they are looking for representation.
About half the girls I shoot aren’t looking to be porn stars or even shoot for anyone else for these girls its a way to make sime extra money, have fun and not have to travel to Los Angeles.

most of the girls that do porn can slip away from it these days without it haunting them usually. most often the ones making noise about being outed or hatever are simply drawing attention to themselves to set up a come back or whatever I know LOTS of girls that have gone on to successful lives in the corporate world, or home makers, nurses etc.

Part of the problem is that in Porn Valley (San fernando Valley) where most porn is filmed, the recurring rates of STDs is sky high and the industry doesnt want that data out…two recent studies showed that the rates of Gonorrhea and Chlamydia are 38 and 64 TIMES the average for that age group in Los Angeles respectively. they also found high incidences of STDs in the rectal and throat areas. Its a problem that my industry should be addressing…but sadly we dont. I point this out quite a bit and my doing so has led to a lot of people in porn who dont like me very much.
Its also the reason i am happy shooting here in GA I have a very closed talent pool that doesnt shoot for anyone else and I can honestly state that since 1992 when i started there has not been a single STD transmission on one of my sets…I know theres some luck in that but its also due to careful screening and very selective employment.

Sounds like the “Better Sex” video series. It is intended for couples, and is pretty tame. But honestly, if you really are going to show people techniques for better sex, you might have to get pretty explicit - for instance (in my opinion, obviously) most people could use some pointers on oral sex, and unless you show close-up oral/genital contact, it is not going to do much good.
Nina Hartley, porn star and registered nurse, has any number of instructional tapes, but they suffer from trying to be all things to all people, and they shot it attempting to convey the information in both a pg-13 and x rated form at the same time. When, in my imagination, I think of a “gangbang”, I picture one man after another “taking turns” with a girl. Each man has his way with her until he finishes, then steps aside and lets the next guy take over.
What I’ve seen in porn doesn’t match up with that “ideal”. What I find are frenetic scenes where each of the multiple men penetrate and thrust for a couple minutes at a time, and they keep rotating, each man only fucking the girl for a couple minutes at each go.
Is there a reason for that? I get the impression that the object is to have all of the men come at about the same time so that they can all finish with facials at the same time.
