Did he say “Oh the pain! The Agony!” a lot? And insult your robot? And refuse to do his chores?

Personally, I would of hung up on this turkey because of his rudeness.

In my various professions where the evil telephone was the main instrument of my employment torture, I really try not to give my name, especially when I worked for hotels. Then, when I get a jerkoff, I can be anonymous and hang up.

YOU are in charge of the situation, not Dr Smith. My advice is, if you cannot handle the problem, give it to your manager/supervisor. That is what a M/Super is there for.

People like him is why I refuse to work retail.
