pk, you have every right to give the “buyer” a negative rating. You may not have a right to post his/her personal information, including phone number and e-mail address. I’d check it out very carefully before posting such information.
I made the mistake once of giving the seller negative feedback before he’d given me any. The results was that he retaliated with negative feedback of his own, despite the fact that I paid instantly and was very polite initially in trying to resolve the problem. The guy was downright nasty. He called me rude and stupid because I complained.
I won the bid on a purse and paid per Paypal immediately. After 3 weeks and no purse or reply to my e mails, I retracted my payment. PayPal also provided me with the sellers full name, address and telephone number.
After leaving polite but firm messages on her answering maching for 4 days in a row, I got my item. I left her neutral feedback with comments that she waited a month to ship after receiving payment.
I hated to be such a bitch over $25 but I don’t like to be given the runaround. All she had to do was answer any one of my 8-10 attempts to contact her.
