Another Excel question

I have to generate memos authorizing geophysical expenditures. These are sent to the big bosses in another city. Sometimes rapidity of generation and execution are of prime importance.

We use an Excel spreadsheet template that my boss designed, and I’ve modified a bit. The problem is that the “hurry-up” ones can be emailed to my boss, but they require my signature, so we overnight them.

Is there a way to attach a secure signature to an Excel spreadsheet, which would then allow me to email these babies to my boss, signed and ready to go?

Does your boss need to see the whole spreadsheet or just a printout without all the formulas etc.? If it’s the latter, you could convert the excel file into a PDF and sign that.
