It DOES seem that GQ gets a lot of threads, and it might be nice to identify some subclass of questions and make a new forum to reduce the number. It seems to me that a large identifiable segment might be “Soliciting Free Tech Support” stuff, like “Why is my monitor doing this wierd thing?”. These usually get answered and go away without much discussion, but they take up space on the thread listing and push other stuff off the first page. It seems to me there could be a forum for this sort of post without really affecting the “cross-pollination” value of GQ. Just a thought.
