I don’t remember who said it what was going on in the movie, or even what the context was. But the quote was, in a stoner type voice I think. “No Deposit No Return” Or “Like No deposit no return” Or “No deposit no return dude” or some combonation of those.
For some reason I want to say it was Bill and Ted, but I don’t think that’s it.
Maybe the original TMNT movie?

Someone else suggested that, but I only saw that movie a few years ago and I’m quite sure I heard the line a lot longer ago then that. That and I’m 99% sure the line was something along the lines of what I mentioned.

Nope, never saw that. Well, I saw part of it a few months ago. But I heard this quote a looong time ago. For some reason TMNT still comes to mind.

They’re in the science lab, trying to find out how it got into the sewers. Mikey picks up two empty containers, and says no deposit, no return, and Donnie comments something along the lines of how they must have recently emptied the place.
The time line (1991) seems about right, I don’t remember seeing it, but that would have been about 15 years ago. Stoner/surfer voice…check. If that quote is actually in the movie, I’m gonna guess that’s it.
