Another web page complaint: Hotmail

Is there some place to complain for a malfunction (it’s not, but I consider it so) in Hotmail? <–factual question.

You put several email adresses in the “to” field. Ok, write your message, etc etc, and then hit “send”. What happens? If some of the recipient don’t exist, or have their inbox full, or you mistyped the address, Hotmail returns a stupid message box saying this. You have to close that message, erase/correct the email address, hit send again and… aarrrgghhh! another one! The same process again until all the emails are ok. Finally, your message is gone. Sometimes I lose almost 8 minutes in the simple process of sending 1 single message.

Don’t tell me this don’t bother you (I know, I know, Yahoo, I have another account in Yahoo, but I want to use that, too). But wouldn’t be easier if Hotmail sends your message and later presents you the choices with the failed emails? Where can we complain about this… malfunction? Bill?
