I thought somebody would get this, since it’s from a fairly popular song by a bona fide rock star. (1975)

Okay, this one is pretty obscure, but I know we have some country music fans here. And the title of the song is right there in the clue! (1992)

The answer is also the name of the song, by a relatively well-known female folk singer-songwriter. (1988)

I know this is Bob Seger, and I know it’s the song Katmandu, but I am not sure of the city and I don’t want to Google-cheat.
