Yeah, it seems pretty biased, here’s some stuff from the front page:
“Bill Clinton Revises History in Montreal”
"Psychopolitics: Erasing Christianity through ‘Consensus Process’ "
“Vince Vaughn Drives Jennifer Aniston WILD!”
C’mon. Vince Vaughn is not driving anybody wild… Some things I just will not believe.
there’s a link there to another website that also is to promote Christianity. What is it about the website that makes you feel it’s dishonest in it’s reporting? Whether this guy resigned his post or not could be easily checked.
Being pro Christian makes it suspect of bias but doesn’t automaticially make it wrong…does it?
I don’t care about any link to somewhere else (for now), because I didn’t bother to follow it. Revtim gave a fair summary of the “headlines of the day”, I had “problems” with the slanted bias of the writing and the mostly (or complete) slanted bias of the article. I thought I picked it apart pretty good already, item by item.
No thanks, I’ll stick the the biased (but less obviously so) mainstream stuff.
Besides, it isn’t “pro christian” at all. Entire christian religions reject ID in its entirety. The overall tone, that either he deserved to get beat up or lied about it, is UNchristian. Finally, for a “news” article, it gave almost no verifiable facts… only poorly written opinion. So the Prof resigned. So what. I’d be more sure of getting factual info from the Weekly World News.
