This reminds me of a thread I started asking for advice after I went to an esthetics salon to discuss getting my wedding makeup done, and the makeup woman came out wearing clown-face makeup (I think I actually did a double-take when I saw her). And she’s a professional makeup-applying-type person! Apparently there IS no accounting for taste!

I thought this thread would be about Collagen injections, which are commonly seen in concert with questionable use of cosmetics. What a combination - “I go out of my way to resemble an inflatable doll.”
I really hate this look too.
It looks really whorish, IMHO. I used to work with a woman who actually outlined her lips with a BLACK EYE PENCIL and then filled in the middle with Fire Engine Red.
She used the same eye pencil to completly rim her eyes.
It was a very subtle look she achieved…

Actually, I think it’s covered by the “Don’t Be A Jerk” rule. There are SOOOO many gross pics out there that we couldn’t possibly name each one.
Lynn: The goatse.cx pic is very common in certain circles (slashdot trolls love to use it, often with midly befunged links with misleading names (or sometimes they post ASCII art of it, which is evidence of a sickness beyond belief)). It’s also gross beyond belief (I’ve only seen it once, and I can’t see it again). Given those two facts, I think it deserves at least passing mention in an addendum on disgusting/pornographic pictures in general.
And that’s bad why? Do you charge for them? 
My grandmother does this and always has. It repulses me.
But I agree, slightly darker lipliner, blended in, can give a cool, shadowy look the the outsides of your lips.
I saw a woman at church who just used lip pencil only.
I was introduced to her and her husband by my mother.
I have no idea what either of them are named, or look like other than they were caucasian, and the woman had those lips. It just looked weird.
I see young Hispanic women do the brown eyeliner and medium beige fill-in. HIDEOUS! But their men must love it, because it’s been going on for quite some time around here.
