Here’s the setup:
You have two teams of “several” people. The exact number isn’t important, but they (I believe) should be equal.
You have a big log, with one team at each end. Each team is trying to get to the other side without falling off the log.
Each team always has at least one person on the log at the time. The problem is trying to get around one another.
I thought of two different solutions, but neither worked: a) hold hands with your opposing team player, and rotate around and b) go under/over your opposing player. Neither was as easy as the mental image.
Is there a real solution? The one we came up with worked, but it seemed a little hokey: One person stayed near his/her own base, and allowed the opposing player to take a long step around him/her and off the log.
