Many years ago I played and loved games like Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom.
I gather a lot of the “cityville” style games are kind of in this genre, but considerably simpler and require you to recruit others or pay extra money all the time and things like that.
Are there good city-builders of the E:RotMK type, for Android smartphones, that don’t require me to make continuous purchases or interact with facebook friends or things like that?
