Carrington bought my mortgage from Chase. So far I’m a little concerned…they don’t have a record of my November payment, and I’m unable to make an online payment for December. The reviews I’ve found have been fairly negative, but then again, who is going to post a nice positive review, right?
I actually had really good luck with Chase–several times I got behind and they were quite helpful with repayment terms. Now I’m nervous.
