I signed up for Speechify on Google Play. I did the free trial, which would be billed at a hundred bucks when it expired.
I canceled it the same minute I bought it so I wouldn’t accidentally get billed. I accidentally got billed.
I sent the documentation that I had canceled it, and the rep/bot assured me that I would receive a refund with two weeks.
Cut to three weeks, no refund. I got back in touch to ask what was up, and they sent me a screen cap documentation that they had sent the money back to Google Play.
A few weeks later, still not received. And GPlay doesn’t appear to have any customer resources in place. Stumped.
Anyone with any knowledge or suggestions?
