And I doubt that there is any county in the US with a population of 150k+ (Boone Co. is at ~170k) where one could NOT find at least 1 person that fits all of those categories. The fringe is everywhere.

As a Mizzou alumni and a resident of Missouri for almost all of my life, I have to agree with Lightray. Boone County outside of Columbia is a rural area, with only one-third the population of the city of Columbia. And the Confederate memorial still stands on the grounds of the court house.
Since I posted four hours ago, I did some checking, and I want to apologize to Boone County. It seems they did move the Confederate memorial from the court house.
