I’m thinking about setting up a sigmachat and posting the link on a website that I don’t own. It’s a free add-on chat, and as a free service, there’s no access to transcripts. But that got me to thinking. What if people on the website or even someone passing through uses the chatroom for nefarious purposes or even illegal activity. As the person that opened the room, do I have any liability for that?
