Nope, not I. I’m a strictly GNU guy for Linux stuff, with Visual Studio 2008 Pro for Windows stuff. Both are free for me, so using C++ Builder would just be too expensive. 
But I’ll give this a little bump, just in case there’s a Borland/CodeGear user hiding out there who missed it.
I used to develop almost exclusively in Builder. I have abandoned it for C#. But I still own a copy.
