I am currently losing weight through a keto program. It’s a medically monitored program that is low carb and low fat. I don’t really need criticism of it I’m consulting medical professionals already. And it’s working well.
What I am looking for are some packaged keto meals/food that’s actually good. The program I am doing has a few products available but most are horrible.
This isn’t for me for the most part. I’m retired and I can cook something up for myself at any time. My wife is also going through it with me and her schedule is crazy most days. She’s working and going to school. She could use some more grab and go or quick foods.
Always looking for good recipes too if you want to part with some. Especially for two.
