I took my last math class (calc) in 1989. I was good at math then, but it was a long time ago and I’ve had other things to do with my time in the 14 years since than figure out quadratic equations. Can’t remember a damn thing.
Eventually, however, my college is going to make me take a math pre-test, as “Math/Stat 101” is a requirement. I’d rather not spend my money on classes that don’t count for credit, and I’m wondering if there’s some sort of tutorial out there that could at least get me started.
Next paycheck I’m going to the campus bookstore and buying the textbook but I don’t think the text by itself will give me the instruction I will need.
