Any update on these Siamese twins?

These conjoined twins were truly Siamese, having been rescued from an Thai orphanage.

The summary of the story was this: The twins, who were joined ad the hip/pelvis area, and had three legs, were successfully separated.

There would be a lot of physical therapy to come though. The smaller of the two twins would have only one leg, and the larger one would have one full leg. The leg that was shared would some day have to be amputated below the knee, since that part was not growing.

Anyway, the last update in this Nova program was over five years ago, and I was wondering if there had been any update on how they had come along.

Seeing how I didn’t get jack-beans for a response.

I found this, if anyone’s interested:

Basically, the girls seem to be doing quite well with their adopted family. Can’t ask for much more than that.
