Or even know what it is? I’ve got a Google Alert set to kick me a notice when it stumbles across some rather obscure items. Today, I got one which took me to an ETDEWEB page. I’ve never heard of the site, and it requires registration (which involves some kind of cryptic approval process). If the site’s legit, then I’d be very interested in seeing the data its got, as I’ve literally not been able to find it anywhere else. (Even the US government, which paid for the research, can’t find the information.)
