I assume it’s shown at the same time for everybody, so I’m not gona spoiler box this.
I watched it because, as with many American guys it would, really be a dream job to work as a Sports Anchor at ESPN. All in all I was disappointed. That’s the best they could come up with? Several people I know would do better than most of them tonight.
My views.
- Aaron. He’s the exception. He was by far the best, and better than a lot of current ESPN anchors in writting and presenting.
2.Nick. Pretty good, but a little stiff, stuffy and Boring. I’m not sure if he can get better because I don’t expect him to find a personality suddenly.
3.Maggie. Third on my list, but I think she could have more room to improve than nick. She seemed like she was trying to hard to be clever and cute, and just missfired. But with a few tweaks, and a better sence of what works she could be pretty good.
- John Hall. It was hard to judge since he went first, but I think he was pretty Okay. Decent writting, presentation and personality, but nothing standout.
5.Chris. Booooooooring, like a CPA at a business meeting. And not bothering to learn how to pronounce Yvgeny Nabokov was just sad. You had a short presentation to give, and not getting a name right just is really unprofessional.
- Mike Quiggly. Just annoying. Really disliked everything about him, I was also thinking that it reminded me of Chris Farley doing a parody of bad announcing.
